The 9 point face technology on the face of these irons gives a large sweet spot, so whether the ball comes right out of the middle or not, your shot should be headed right where you want it to.

To get the ball flying in the air, a wide sole to the club and low profile shifts the centre of gravity low, so the club gets underneath the ball on impact. The shape of the sole of the club as you can see on the right is not completely smooth – this helps with the consistency that is required at the higher end of the handicap scale.
